Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground but is modified for fitness so the only contact will be with gloves, pads and bags. MMA for fitness is a combination of Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Muay Thai, Karate emphasising correct technique for all punches, kicks, foot work and other strikes combined with body weight and weighted exercises as well as cardiovascular exercise for a full body med-high intensity fat burning, Strength building and flexibility workout that is tailored to your own goals whether that be Fat loss, Gain Strength or General Health/Fitness.  Suitable from 5 years+ (contact for prices for under 16's)

Each Boxercise client is given a 10 course learning document at the start of the program which out lines what will be covered during the sessions emphasising  correct technique for all punches, kicks, foot work and other strikes. This document will allow to track your progress form beginner to intermediate, advanced to speed pads. Boxercise personal training sessions consist of boxing and kick-boxing moves combined with body weight and weighted exercises as well as cardiovascular exercise for a full body med-high intensity fat burning, Strength building and flexibility workout that is tailored to your own goals whether that be Fat loss, Gain Strength or General Health/Fitness.  Suitable from 5 years+ (contact for prices for under 16's)

BOXERCISE SPEED PADS

Boxercise Speed pads is all about speed no power training. Hit the pads as fast as you can creating a high intensity cardio workout that burns fat fast. Speed pads can be added to both personal training sessions or Boxercise personal training sessions (extending session by 20 minutes) or as its own individual sessions (30 minutes, must be intermediate to advanced boxercise level)
